How to Choose the Right AI Tool
A practical, step-by-step session that gives practices a repeatable way to choose the right AI tool instead of getting swept up in vendor hype.
The lecture will start with defining the problem by using the 5 Essential Questions. Then covering pre-demo due diligence on the non-negotiables that matter in healthcare: EHR integration, security and compliance, and references from comparable practices. Finally, a walk through for how to run a demo that reveals the truth, including the red and yellow flags that should give any practice pause.
