Please find attached the information package for the second Phase of the Clean Collaborative facilitated by the Maryland Patient Safety Center.
Please note that Phase II does not require that a facility has participated in Phase I, and it also does not require that all facilities use Hygiena ATP. MPSC can accommodate 3M users in this Phase. If you do not use ATP technology currently, a device can be provided at no cost to you through an agreement (noted in the package) with ACME Paper and Supply.
